TOOLBOX | FOURTH WAY NON-DUALITY:

Tool Box Videos 1-100 aim to provide practical tools, inquiries, exercises, and ‘alarm clocks’ derived from the Fourth Way System and Non-Duality teachings, making them relevant to everyday life.  The ‘secret sauce’ lies in maintaining a genuine interest in this work and consistently practicing these methods. Over time, they have a gradual awakening and de-identifying effect.  These exercises, or ‘skillful means,’ draw inspiration from various spiritual traditions and influential teachers who have profoundly impacted and transformed my life. Among them are:

  • The Fourth Way
  • Soto Zen
  • Advaita Vedanta (Non-Duality)
  • The Direct Path
  • Kashmiri Shaivism
  • Dzogchen Buddhism

Notable figures such as G.I. Gurdjieff, P.D. Ouspensky, Rodney Collin, Jeanne De Salzmann, Eckhart Tolle, Dr. David Hawkins, Don Miguel Ruiz, Francis Lucille, Laura Lucille, Lester Levenson, Rupert Spira, Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj, Robert Adams, Saty’ama Adyota, and others have contributed to this body of wisdom.

I am deeply grateful to these teachers who dedicated their lives to facilitating awakening, healing, transformation, and growth in others. May their wisdom continue to illuminate the path for the benefit of all.

Tool Box Videos 100 + aim to provide practical awareness based psychosomatic tools and processes designed to teach us how to investigate (inquire) and skillfully process our unconscious and subconscious realms, where the vast majority of our suffering resides. We’ll delve into shadows, the ‘Pain Body,’ childhood wounds, unconscious adaptive relational patterns, deficiency stories, identities, resistance to feelings, inauthenticity, repression, compulsions and traumas – all aspects that shape our sense of self.

These unconscious forces collectively form our ego (imaginary picture of oneself, false personality, separate sense of self), obscuring and stifling our true authentic nature and true Self of our innate divine being. The series will offer a variety of techniques from spiritual traditions and somatic therapies to address the mind, emotions, pain body, traumas, and triggers.

These exercises, or ‘skillful means,’ draw inspiration from various spiritual traditions and modalities such as Hakomi (mindfulness-based somatic psychotherapy), Shadow Work, Kiloby Inquiries, the Sedona Release Method, The Work of Byron Katie, and teachings by Eckhart Tolle, Don Miguel Ruiz, Dr. David Hawkins etc.
