Awareness-based Psychosomatic Spiritual Counseling
1:1 therapy focused on exploring and releasing various life blockages, deprogramming limiting painful beliefs, processing traumas, healing from addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, relational issues or any other forms of human suffering. This is meant to take ‘healing’ and therapy to the next level, by becoming a ‘evolutionary tool’, meant to help one free oneself from layers of limiting conditioning (beliefs and feeling systems trapped in our body/mind). The inner journey from a ‘domesticated’ contracted existence to discovering one’s true identity and living from that, integrated and embodied, in all aspects of one’s life. This uses a hybrid of various theraputical modalities (Hakomi, Somatic Psychology, Jungian ‘Shadow’ work), as well as spiritually focused traditions/teachings such as Advaita/Non-Duality, Buddhism and The Fourth Way System.

Couples & Family Psychotherapy
Psychosomatic exploration of patterns and subconscious programs connected to attachment wounds (abandonment, fear of closeness/intimacy, fear of rejection and other deficiency stories) and exploring and releasing imprints that create suffering in relationships, as well as family patterns creating relational stress, disconnection and turmoil in family dynamics.

Clinician/Practitioner Training
1:1 session meant to help develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills for anyone involved in working with others, especially dealing with their subconscious wounds, traumas, addiction etc. Designed for therapists, practitioners, healers to learn and develop awareness based somatic skills to help them in working with their clients.
